The objectives accomplishments depends on the relation between areas.
There is no knowledge of other areas objectives and processes.
There is a lack of training in sales strategies and company tactics.
Work environment conflicts
There are no accomplishments in the acquired commitments.
Our workforce is made of young people and recently we have suffered big changes including downsizing and also rotations.
