Introduction, Overview
Project Management has become a core discipline within the business arena, mainly within construction and logistics companies
PM outsourcing has delivered training and courses to blue-chip companies worldwide, showing significant improvement on costs and efficiency. Yet, there is a gap that is not being addressed, a gap created by the human factor (emotional intelligence), not by knowledge and/or experience.
For many years within company X, the course Project Management 101 has been delivered to over 5,000 associates throughout the world
Main focus: Tools and methodology within the company
Main objective: Increase efficiency within the company
PM outsourcing companies and internal PM services within companies aren't currently addresing this gap
Hypothesis
By applying emotional and p sy chological exercises /knowledge in Project Management course s instead of using theory, together with a person focus instead of a process/tools focus, the Project Management Process within the company will have a significant improvement that will be perceived through a decrease of individual and group ego that at the end will produce better Project Management processess within projects
EI Management for effective and efficient implementations
