The New HR Business Process Model
The new HR Process Model will be more focused and aligned to the organization & also be in line with the industry best practices:
• Business Unit Partners(BUP) - Define business unit needs & provide operational & strategic support using GSS/COE
• Centres of Expertise(COE) - Develop key HR strategies/programs to support BUP's
• Global Shared Services(GSS) - Deliver cost-effective HR services/programs responsive to all customers
